I cannot believe how terrible this experience was. The food was horrendous. We were served leftovers repeatedly, and my family was left starving. The main pool was filthy, filled with bugs, and complaints went ignored. I spent extra money on food because nothing was available at the hotel, and we were uncomfortable even eating in the lobby. This was not a vacation. It was a nightmare!

I had a decent 4-night stay. The views from the Deluxe Nature View room were stunning, and the breakfast spread was really enjoyable, especially the fresh fruits. However, the Wi-Fi speed wasn't reliable during peak hours.

The Beautiful Nature View room offered fine scenery, and we loved relaxing by the gorgeous pool and enjoying the spa treatments. The only downside was the limited food options, but overall, we had a blast and would definitely return 😊

The staff was attentive, and we loved the variety of activities offered to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.

My wife says that the food options were limited and not suitable for kids. Better meal times would make a huge difference for families with little ones.

The Beautiful Nature View room was gorgeous with lush views all around. Had a reliable Wi-Fi connection, super helpful. The staff were fantastic, especially Charly, who made some amazing cocktails. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruits and good pancakes. The spa facilities were nice, with pools, a sauna, and massage services.

The Beautiful Nature View room was nice, with pretty scenery. Wi-Fi worked great, no issues there. But honestly, the vibe was a bit off. The hotel felt kind of empty after 8 pm since everything closes down. It wasn't as comfy as I'd hoped, and I didn't really feel all that welcomed. The room itself had potential but the overall feel could've been better.

The spa area was a true oasis, with its massages leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The outdoor pool offered amazing views, made every swim a dream. Plus, the beach access made it so easy to soak up the sun and the beautiful shoreline!

I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing ocean views from my Royal Beautiful Room Sea View. The hotel's accessibility with ramps made it easy for me to navigate, and the vibrant decor throughout added to the warm and cute atmosphere.

The location makes it convenient to get to from the nearby airport, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the room is incredibly comfortable.

The staff here is incredibly helpful, the location is fantastic near the beach and an Italian restaurant that requires reservations, plus it's centrally located.
